Ofcom publishes Statutory Notice of Invitation to Apply for DTT Multiplex B

On 10 June 2008, the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport laid before the UK parliament The Television Multiplex Services (Reservation of Digital Capacity) Order 2008. That Order has come into force today, giving Ofcom statutory powers to issue a Notice, inviting eligible public service broadcasters to apply for capacity on Multiplex B subject to a competition.

 

Ofcom has therefore published its Statutory Notice of Invitation to Apply for DTT Multiplex B Capacity, setting out the requirements on applicants.
