Ofcom Update: The OFT and Ofcom launch a review of the Contract Rights Renewal (CRR) undertakings

The OFT today announced the start of the review of the Contract Rights Renewal (CRR) undertakings.  The review will be conducted by the OFT and Ofcom in partnership, and is expected to take around a year.  The OFT's news release and Frequently Asked Questions can be found at:
